About Me

Hello everyone! My name is Erin, and I am a Personal Trainer. Being a personal trainer has provided me with the opportunity to help strengthen clients’ minds, bodies, and spirits through fitness and health. I believe that everyone deserves the chance to become the best version of themselves, starting with their fitness and health.

A little about my journey: I grew up doing gymnastics and was fortunate to receive an athletic scholarship to the University of Nebraska. After graduating, I struggled to find what truly makes me happy. The one constant in my life during that time was working out. That’s when everything fell into place; fitness is my passion. I take great joy in assisting others in discovering their true selves through fitness. My goal is to help you achieve your goals, but more importantly, to enjoy every step of your fitness journey!
