Words can’t describe how amazing Erin is but I’m gonna try. I’ve been working with her for almost two years now and she is amazing. She customizes workouts to fit me perfectly. When things are too easy she changes it up and challenges me in a way I could never challenge myself. She is the reason I’m so successful in my fitness journey. She is very knowledgeable in more than just workouts but nutrition as well. She is a very bright, happy, positive and over all just an outstanding person inside and out. When the pandemic hit and we were all on lockdown she was able to continue our workouts over Skype and I’m just as successful on the internet as I would be/have been in person with her. I have been working out with Erin for over 2 years now. She is extremely professional and highly knowledgeable in her area of expertise. When I was struggling to lose postpartum weight, one of my friends recommended her to me. I have never worked with a personal trainer before but right from my first workout, she catered to my needs. I have been working out with her through my second pregnancy also (37 weeks at the time of writing this review) and I am so happy with my current state of fitness. She not only adjusts and modifies workouts to my comfort level but also always encourages me to listen to my body. I would have never thought I could do HIIT while being pregnant without Erin’s guidance. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a fitness professional.
